This is something that we have thought about and that the development team really wants to do :-)
That is a good point. However this is a bit tricky, because users can have their own organizations as well.

For example:

1. You have your own organization, and one of your employees or providers is Leonardo.
2. Leonardo might also have his own organization with projects that he runs for other clients.

Accounts are designed to be cross-organizations. For example, although you are Account Manager of your own organization, you might also be a tester in my organization.

For this reason, if we allow Account Managers to change their user's personal information, it might be a little bit sensitive.

We will try to think about this however.
This isn't something that we had thought about but we will do it if enough people ask for it.
I get it. Some sort of "Hide" tickets of a certain type. That makes sense.
