We are currently juggling solving issues and working towards future updates.

Not at this time. That is not to say it'll never change, but right now we are on a different path.

This has been discussed quite a bit and it's not something that we are prepared to do, the reasoning being that "Not a bug" and "Duplicate" are synonyms of "Closed" and would only create noise in the the bug list.

There has been talk about this, but I worry that this would make things overly complex without adding significant value. Of course we would consider it if there's significant demand.
