Local time zone option
Ability to set our local time zone so that timestamps are in that time zone.
Ideally it'd probably be good to have per-agent timezones, but at least one global one would be great.

Customize columns in Bug List
In Bug list, it would be very useful to customize columns displayed. For example, for me Bug's creation date is missing, for others Reporter could be unuseful, etc....
Generally each user (choice could be very different for each one involving in the same project) has its own preferred columns to be displayed.

Add ability to assign bugs test cases to test plans
There is a need of ability to assign the test cases fro a bug to any test plan. Every bug needs to be tested and needs to have it's own test case or a set of test cases. There should be a way to assign the test cases to any test plan so the bug can be retested as a part of the Sprint\Iteration test plan.

It would be code to highlight bugs by severity in the listing page. So it becomes clear at a glance which need immediate attention.

I would like a status "Re-Test" for when a developer has fixed an issue and sends the ticket back to the reporter or tester for a re-test.

Ability to customize severity levels
I've read through the other suggestions and don't see this listed anywhere. I like the similar suggestion of customizable statuses for reports, but my group would also like customizable bug severities. We're used to a 5 tier system rather than just four--something along the lines of trivial, minor, concerning, major, and IT'S ON FIRE. We're new to the system but so far it works great for us other than this limitation. I don't know how practical it is for it to be fully customizable, but even just options of 3, 4, or 5 levels would give users more options for their needs.

resolution options e.g. fixed defered, not a bug
I love the "Not a bug" used in this knowledge base. that is associated to the resolution of the bug.
Would be really good if we could also have that in damn bugs.
