Add ability to assign bugs test cases to test plans

There is a need of ability to assign the test cases fro a bug to any test plan. Every bug needs to be tested and needs to have it's own test case or a set of test cases. There should be a way to assign the test cases to any test plan so the bug can be retested as a part of the Sprint\Iteration test plan.

I completely agree. Often bugs are strongly related to test plans and generally more than one bug could be related to the same test plan (and viceversa even if less common)

Sounds good. This would be a good way to formally document the testing that a bug underwent.
