I'm also facing the same problem. I have enabled the notifications and tested by adding and changing status on bugs. But I'm not receiving any emails.

I'm also facing the same problem. I have been advocating for the tool in my organization and is in the process of getting this off the ground.. This unfortunately stalls the efforts and is embarassing .. :-(
