Problem Importing CSV or Other Poject

Exporting to CSV and then Importing same CSV does not work.I first tried to copy test cases from another project but keeps loading.

Is there another way to move my test case over as I want to archive the current project.

I'm also facing the same problem. I have been advocating for the tool in my organization and is in the process of getting this off the ground.. This unfortunately stalls the efforts and is embarassing .. :-(
