That's a good point and something we'd like to address intelligently, we're not 100% sure how to do that best yet.
In the project, go to "Project Management" > Unarchive this project
This should be fixed.
We've already increased the limit twice, let's see if more users request this.
Can you clarify what you're hoping to achieve with this? What would you included in such a custom bug report form?
