I sent invitations to some of the external testers. They were able to set up the user name and password but when trying to log in, the log in page keeps spinning without login success. They tried I.E.,google chrome and fire fox and none of them can log them in. It happens only to some testers. Any advice?

How do I add existing user to some New project. Because when i sent the invite to the existing user to access new project, that user was not able to login and access the new project

Hi, we couldn't add any internal or external users. The external users can accept the invitation, but in dashboard they don't have access to that project. I couldn't also add any internal users also as by default they are considering as external users. This happening for me for past two days, I raised a ticked through contact form but no reply. This is most critical at the moment.
