How do I add existing user to some New project. Because when i sent the invite to the existing user to access new project, that user was not able to login and access the new project

Hi, we couldn't add any internal or external users. The external users can accept the invitation, but in dashboard they don't have access to that project. I couldn't also add any internal users also as by default they are considering as external users. This happening for me for past two days, I raised a ticked through contact form but no reply. This is most critical at the moment.

I recently proposed Lean Testing to my superiors as an alternative to our previous bug tracking software. The only feature they are looking for is the Revision History of the project. Is there such a feature?
