¿Se pueden descargar nuestra información de proyectos / bugs en algún futuro, en caso de tener que dejar de usar la aplicación?

Hola!

Estamos probando la aplicación para implementar en futuros proyectos, pero tenemos la duda ¿si a futuro ya no podemos seguir usando la aplicación, se puede descargar la información de proyectos y bugs, incluidas sus evidencias para no perderlas?

Hola Johana,


En ningún momento borramos información de nuestros usuarios. En el caso que específico que mencionas, se rebaja la capacidad de almacenamiento nuevamente a 1GB.


Sí tenías más que eso de espacio ocupado puedes seguir usando Lean Testing, incluso reportar nuevos defectos pero sin poder adjuntar archivos.

moving bugs between projects with bug status new

I try to move a bug from one project to another. My bug has the status "new". In the other project the bug is correct but in the dashboard/overview I have two status "New" in the List. If I clone the bug status in the project Management I have three status "New" in the List. The last "New" (I think from the cloned Management) is empty. The N° of bugs is 0. For the first "New" I have the bugs I inserted directly in the project and in the second "New" I have the number of moved bugs. Is that ok? Or is that a bug? I think it should be only one status "New", if I move a bug with an identically status. It doesn't work for alle other status. Can you have a lokk at this, please?

email notification registeration

I tried registering from my email id, did not get email verfication. Email id : hanish.gupta@nihilent.com. I wanted to run trial for one of the project for ROI to my management.

I re-register it with gmail, went through successful.

Ability to take a full desktop screenshot with the console/inspector screen at the bottom - it's very cumbersome that i have to switch screen grabers if Damnbug already supports screen capture
Would make life so much easier

Bad Ticket link in notification comments

I think that there are some bugs involving Tickets' link on notifications and realt path of each ticket.

For example, in my notifications I found one that refer me to the following link to see details:
https://bugtrack.in/bug/tabor/619/14

but it gives me 404 page.

But Ticket #14 in "Tabor" project exist, but open it directly in browser has the following url:
https://bugtrack.in/bug/tabor/626/14

Ability to export/download the chart that shows the current status of all bugs

Use the "cake" and include status, number of issues pr. state.

feedback email is not sent

1. Add a new bug
2. Change status to feedback and choose a assignee
3. Observe that, assigned user is not receiving any mails
4. Even though, Email notifications are set for the assigned user

After reporting a bug,the assignee is unable to get a mail to know what the bug is.

1. The assignee must have Email notifications enabled in his account settings.

2. If the assignee still doesn't receive notifications when a new bug is assigned to him, it's possible that he has unsubscribed from receiving our emails.
