After reporting a bug,the assignee is unable to get a mail to know what the bug is.
After reporting a bug,the assignee is unable to get the mail about the bug even though he is assigned for it.What to do??

1. The assignee must have Email notifications enabled in his account settings.
2. If the assignee still doesn't receive notifications when a new bug is assigned to him, it's possible that he has unsubscribed from receiving our emails.

Add anonymous bug raise
Enable possibility to allow that one user (not registered in our project) can raise an bug report.
If it is not possible, permit that one not registered user can ask to be included in a project (like in a forum). In this way if user not reigstered wants to report a bug, has a way to do it!

browser mandatory (but missing mandatory star)
When reporting a new bug, the fields that are mandatory are marked with a star, however, the field Browser is not. When you try to submit a bug without, however, the system tells you it is mandatory and you loose all the input of the device you made previously.

There is a problem with accentuation in french (é, à, ç, ù, è, etc)
This bug appeared two days ago. Accentuations are not working anymore (é = é).

I cant able to upload images while reporting bug, I have reported this same a week ago, but still no reply from your end. I need solution asap, as it is affecting my projects

Define default settings for devices instead of entering this info for each bug.
When adding a bug I need to specify the device information. Testers generally tend to test on one device at a time. Therefore it would be an improvement to be able to pre-define a test environment upfront. This will safe time when registering new bugs.
