Better organization of tickets
As I can see, I can change status on a ticket, also setting it as "closed" and "unassigned" but anyway it remains in main lists of projects. After inserting several tickets, I'll have hundreds of tickets listed, "new", "confirmed", "resolved", "closed".... how to archive these finished tasks?

Have more fields/options in test cases
I like how you have the "Options" section under the Account Settings where I can choose the required fields in Bug Reports. I think you should add this same thing for the Test Cases section and add more fields to the test cases; such as, ID, Test Case Name, Purpose, Prerequisites, Steps, Other Test Data, and Comments.

Ability to see description of test case without editing.
For some reason the only way to actually view the description and steps for a particular test case while in the test run list view, is to first click edit. Why is it not possible to expand the rows and view the descriptions outside of the edit view?
