The Ability to create your own Bug report forms??
When creating a Project (and so on) would i be possible to implement a new feature allowing myself ( or anyone else like myself) to create their own Bug Report forms for the type of project and so on.

Add "attachments" to test plan
When test plan include uploading a file, It will be very useful when I could attach files (e.g .xls or .csv) to my test plan.
So the tester can use them easily

Unable to move a bug to a project without a version associated
Is possible to create a nwe project without adding a version.
If then I try to move a bug to this new project, it requires me to select version (field can't be blank) but this select IS blanck!
So, if don't want to remove mandatory for "version field" maybe you should consider to automacally create "version 1.0" when a new project is created.

Cannot edit URL out of test plan after saving
If you create a test plan and specify a URL, and then try to remove the URL and save the form it displays a validation error. However if you create a new test plan and leave the URL blank, it saves without issue.
