Not receiving emails for invites or account confirmation
Emails are not being sent for both invites and account confirmation. This is VERY problematic to onboard anyone to an existing organization.
It looks like this happened in the past and you left users in the dark (there seem to be only posts by users, no service technician to let them know you are aware / working on it, ...)

Server option
Not sure if it should get listed as hardware option, that conditions the drop-down in OS or simply add more values to the OS list, but it would be nice to have server OS listed as well.

Mac OS: please add High Sierra and Mojave
iOS: should go up to iOS12

Add a field in bug tracking that displays resolved in software version
We tie bug tracking resolution to other company reporting methods. Is there a way to display a field on the bug overview that displays software version a bug is resolved in, when it is marked as resolved or closed.
