You could move the delete bug option in the left panel and remove the move to another bug, as those are hardly used action buttons, still it gets the main attention of the top segment. As per the screenshot, previous and next button will have a good usability on the top right.

Yes! I completely agree. Infact I have used Jira and it gives these kind of customization which can be adapted by the real user. Are you guys planning on something like that?

Reopening an issue is a good quality parametert o be tracked. Currently there is no way to track how many issues have been reopened.

We are using acknowledge as a status when the client reports the issue and we acknowledge that issue. This is a state we use for assignment of bugs to developer and then they confirm it before putting in progress or resolved.

Thats great. This was to minutely track the no. of issues raised in a particular module. Currently we only know version wise.
