There should be way to go to previous and next bug

There should be a way to go ot previous and next bug from the bug detail view. It shall be helpful to switch from one bug to another when you are traversing through the entire bug list.

You could move the delete bug option in the left panel and remove the move to another bug, as those are hardly used action buttons, still it gets the main attention of the top segment. As per the screenshot, previous and next button will have a good usability on the top right.
