Markdown is not so easy and not so known. Many people, especially testers (not so trained in IT topics) probably don't know it. Eventually, Wiki syntax, that is more common, but anyway I continue to suggest a rich text toolbar, like one present in this forum for example... could be enough. But, please, also ability to write CODE, sometime is useful, especially in comments between developers

Availability of "custom status" and "custom type of task" could solve all these problems reported by various users, that are looking for a tool that could be adapted to each different workflow present in every developing team.
Filters on column already exist, but problem is that they are not persistent across sessions. So, you should set them again every time you logged in.
I suggested in another thread to create different tables for different type of tasks or maybe different status, in order to have a more intuitive and functional UI, but for the moment... no news about it. I hope could be considered in near future.

2 days ago I edited an already assigned bug and change its status. No email notification was sent to my colleague. In the past he correctly received notifications and I'm sure that nothing is changed in its settings. If you need more infos to undestand problems... I'll surely be available.
Hi tech,
Sincerely I don't understand why you set this threas "Completed" I don't see any difference and I still don't have clear separation between each type of ticket status.

Hi tech, is possible to make persistent filters also in different sessions, like project order that remains the same even if I logout and login again
Hi Tech,
Even if labeled as "completed" I still can't enter HTML snippets in tickets details. Often is useful to report piece of code in ticket detail or comment, but it is still formatted as simple text, not mono-space and maybe with syntax highlight

hi tech, How to do this?

I sincerely hope that also integration with Slack (as proposed in a specific thread) could be in developing. :-)
