Mine is not fixed. I can't send emails....not on invites, not on bug fixes. this is disturbing...andi've sent half a dozen emails and reached out to anyone I can for assistance, even called the number on the reciept...nada...please help

SERIOUSLY. Do you guys not care about customer support at all??? You have a great product that our customers can understand and yet you do not support it whatsoever. I've sent repeated emails and posted both public and private messages on the hopes of getting anyones attention and I might as well be talking to santa clause. This sucks because now I have to adopt a new testing tool for my consulting company. Granted I only pay $5/month, but i'm still a paying customer.

Email invites to external users DOES NOT WORK, the $5 i'm paying for email DOES NOT WORK. That makes this product worthless. Come on guys, show some love and help us out.

I've been getting the same issue, I keep email and i've opened up both private and public requests and nothing. i'm paying for the email and that still didn't work...CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
