Below are the steps which will help you to reproduce the issue.

Login with your account.
Report the bug and assign it to the respective member.
The member will get the mail and will click on CLICK HERE TO SEE THE BUG from the Email.(Here the member should already be logged in on the same browser.)
You will get the above error page once you click on CLICK HERE TO SEE THE BUG.

After clicking on CLICK HERE TO SEE THE BUG in the email received, a page saying 404 Page not found saying page is opened.What to do??

I have checked the above 2 comments but still the issue exist.
