Add ability to assign bugs test cases to test plans

There is a need of ability to assign the test cases fro a bug to any test plan. Every bug needs to be tested and needs to have it's own test case or a set of test cases. There should be a way to assign the test cases to any test plan so the bug can be retested as a part of the Sprint\Iteration test plan.
