Not receiving emails for invites or account confirmation
Emails are not being sent for both invites and account confirmation. This is VERY problematic to onboard anyone to an existing organization.
It looks like this happened in the past and you left users in the dark (there seem to be only posts by users, no service technician to let them know you are aware / working on it, ...)
