closed versus resolved status
some bugs/issues get put "on hold" and currently i would mark them as "closed" (i would prefer "on deck" or "icebox" for status choices) but the burndown chart has closed bugs under reseolved. most of my closed tickets are not resolved. best of all would be an option to create my own titles for bug statuses, severity and/or type. thanks!

Ability to create custom status, already asked and voted many times, should be the solution to this need :-)
