Test plan and test cases as a Tester role and visibility

As a "Tester" role, I should be able to create test cases. More importantly, when a Tester creates a test, only the project mangers, clients and possibly developers should be able to see those tests. Testers should see only their own tests. This is a must have capability for Crowd Sourced testing IMO.

This is a good idea, but it only applies to some situations, for example as you say crowdsourcing. We will give this further thoughts when we get to it in our list of priority.

Right now we've enabled any user to add/edtit test cases and we will address the permissions separately. Thank you!
