It would be great if we could customize the bug status as per the company. 

Allow users to insert link references add bullet points and emphasize points.

Due to a shift in responsibilities we need to be able to change the Account Manager to a new user and there appears to be no way to do this.

I sort my buglist for example in order of the Bug number. If I want to export the list to excel the excel list is not in the order of the bug number. Of course I can order it in Excel but it would be comfrotable if it will export the bug list in the order it is shown in leantesting.

This may already be possible and I've missed it!

It would be great to see a snapshot of a developer, not just a project. Our developers each have unique skills and tend to work across multiple projects. Sometimes it is hard to see what they've done, what is in their name and what they are currently working on,  and what has been assigned to them but has not yet been started.

In short, getting a snapshot of tasks assigned to an individual across all projects would be great.

Use Case
Persona would like to learn the best practices of using leantesting.com and using the LeanTesting methodology in action. It would really help if there were a sample project added to all new accounts that would serve as a reference for what the best practices are in creating, tracking, tagging, testing...etc

You can see what PivotalTracker have done in this regard. Although their's can improve dramatically, but it should help get the idea across.
