I agree with Daiane.

I think that the test case should be an optional field.

When I report a bug from a test case at a test run, the test case is associated with the bug. 

When I'm doing tests, usually I'm following the steps from my test case, so I should know what test case I'm testing.

It would be very useful for traceability. Also sometimes I would only test a resolved bug when all bugs from a test case are solved so that I can say that my test case has passed or failed.

It should also be possible to filter test case when searching for bugs.
