Any update on my above request? This is totally frustrating

Already posted this, but no response from leantesting team. This is totally spoiling our business. 

I couldn't able to attach screenshots, it shows I have reached maximum storage limit. I have deleted around 200 projects, but not even an MB of storage is available. I already sent mail regarding this but no response. 

Now I couldn't upload attachments, it is saying the same message again. I have already upgraded to 25 gigs (http://prntscr.com/hisbf6). Let me know the possible solution for this.
