Agree with whats been said by others. I'm really confused as to why you don't seem in favour of custom statuses, although happy you are reviewing this due to the amount of demand it's clearly attracted. Not everyones workflow is the same, and it's sometimes not easy to fit a project around the default statuses currently supplied. I'd even be prepared to pay a premium to have the ability to add custom ones as it would make the bug logging perfect for us.
