then how can i change user account type.??? i want to change to Developer from Account Manager. By mistake user account added as Account Manager, So how can i change user account type without lost my data.??

yeah! that's cool. but this is confusing in terms of usability. i don't know how you can improve this but probability you can give search on top of list like bugs. but thanks a lot you save my time.
