Hi Sarah,

The account manager can determine what fields are mandatory in the "Organization settings" page.

(click on the avatar in the upper right corner and go to Settings

You'll be happy to know that we are working on a classic UI view to be released shortl

You can use custom statuses to create this

Click on the wheel to the left of the Search and Tags boxes at the top of the list

Hi Luca,

after discussing with the team, it turns out that I was wrong and that you cannot "own" two different organizations, but you can be "Account Manager" of two different organizations.

So what you could do, if your friends/colleagues create their own organization, is they can invite you as Internal user to the new organization and give you "Account Manager" permissions. That would work, and both would appear side by side in your dashboard.

Do you understand what I'm trying to explain?

Thanks,

Simon

Custom bug types and statuses: You can create statuses other than the default "New", "Resolved", etc. and bug types other than the default: "Functional", "Text", etc.

Unlimited integrations: if you want to have more than 1 project integrated with Slack, Github, BitBucket, etc.

25GB Storage: additional storage space for your files (by default everyone has 1 gig of free space)

Advanced email notifications: if you want your team to receive email notifications for more events in your project, for example every time a new bug is created, every time a bug changes status, etc.

Currently "Fixed in" only works with default statuses because we have no way of knowing which of your custom statuses are equivalent to "Resolved". I think we could easily add a checkbox or something similar to achieve this, let me look into it.
