Is it possible that your browser is in English?
I had the same issue for a minute, then the filters loaded. They've changed entirely, so the system needs to refresh them. Maybe logging out, clearing your cache and reloading the page before connecting again would do the trick for you.
That'a really weird. Have you tried clearing your cache?
