That would be very usefull as we have lots of requests from our customers that are improvements, not bugs.

Currently you could categorize these as "Suggestions" to easily sort them, otherwhise how would the platform need to be modified for you to more easily manage these requests?

Maybe could be useful to visually distinguish "task type" (bug, suggestion, change request, simple task) by an icon in Bugs list. The idea could be the same that in this forum highlight a bug thread from an idea one.

Hi Tech, If I correctly understood, in next update I'll be able to customize both "bug types" and "bug status", am I correct? If yes.... GREAT!!!!! :-)
