Copy test cases can lead to cases being saved in the incorrect order

jason gray 7 years ago updated by tech 7 years ago 2

I noticed that sometimes when copying test cases, the copied case will retain the 'case' number of the original. Also, when leaving a component and returning to it I have found that cases were not saved in order I expected and I think this may also be related to copying test cases.

Unable to remove an internal user while creating a Project or from the user management option of a Project

Eldo John 7 years ago updated by David Gayler 7 years ago 2

Hi,

We are unable to remove internal users while creating a project or remove them through the 'user management' option in a project.

From business perpective it would be an issue since not all the users are working on every project of the company. They are assigned to indivdual projects. If we are unable to remove them from unrelated projects it an issue as they would have access to project they don't own.

The delete option was avaiable in the older version. Kindly look into it. Attached screenshots for reference.

Hi Eldo,

Thanks for reaching us. Currently, only users within organizations with Advanced Permissions are able to remove other users from projects.

Bugs assigned to removed user do not open and are uneditable.

Talib Shaikh 7 years ago updated by tech 7 years ago 1

One of our engineers left the job. We deleted his lean testing user account. However, after that the bugs assigned to him become uneditable, non-deletable, non-viewable.

Allow Users to Customise the Dashboard to suit them

Nadeem 7 years ago updated by tech 7 years ago 1

It would be nice if the User was able to Customise the Dashboard to see what Test Suites/Runs or Defects have been assigned to them. Ideally they would create their own or toggle and see the default Dashboard (Listing Defects, Bugs by Sev/Prior, Burndown Chart etc)

Tester pasted a stack trace into a comment, but I can't scroll sideways to see the rest of the text.

(Note that I obfuscated the packages in the screenshot to hide my company's name.)
