Add print view for printing a bug and its comments

I want to print a bug to refer to while I work on it. However printing the web page results in a multi-page printout that doesn't well represent the bug.

I personally would like to recommend that you minimize your printing to save trees but we'll do this if there's enough demand.

We often print to PDF and keep that file with the test. Just another way to archive info.
Isn't just to paper. :-)
