Forgot Password is not working

Hi, if I click forgot password, a receive mail. But if i click the "Click here to rest your password" button or the link (http://prntscr.com/eqrz1z) means it is not redirected to enter new password page, instead it is again redirected to Request a new password page (http://prntscr.com/eqryuw), and the same process continues on cycle if I click again Request a new password
