How can I edit the test suite name after it is run completely and passed
I mistakenly misspelled the name of the test suite wrong and executed now I am not able to rename the test suite or delete and recreate the same. Please advise !

The test name can be edited in the test plan even after it is executed but not in the test lab
Yes you can't change the instance name on the test lab...If you misspelled it wrong you have to change it in test plan.
Note: After changing instance name in test plan refresh test lab page it may reflect it there if you have checked out from that component, else you have to run it again.
