Having problem login in IE browser and google chrome for some of my testers machine

I sent invitations to some of the external testers. They were able to set up the user name and password but when trying to log in, the log in page keeps spinning without login success. They tried I.E.,google chrome and fire fox and none of them can log them in. It happens only to some testers. Any advice?
