Estimated time to complete on CSV import

Please add the ability to specify estimated time to complete a test when importing from CSV. This is currently the only thing missing from a test and would be very useful for us.

It would also be useful to get hold of this information for all tests easily to help with planning - I may be missing something, but I can only find this when looking at each test.
