Adding a product version via 'Report a bug page' only works once the bugtracker is reloaded

If you add a new product version via the 'Report a new bug' page, it will work for that bug but then if you try to submit a new bug, the new version will not be visible in the drop-down list (and if you try to add it again you will get an error). If you refresh the page, the version number will then appear.
