server error occured in mobile sdk

I have integrated the android mobile sdk and able to take screen shots but on bug reporting screen in mobile sdk nothing is loading in various dropdown input field when i click on it a progressbar loads and nothing happen after that , please help me in reporting bug from mobile sdk.

Same issues here. I hope lean testing engineers are looking into this issue as its making me switch testing platforms as we are in evaluation phase.
