See bugs assigned to others

There is a button to see 'Bugs assigned to me' but no option to select a different user to see all bugs assigned to other users across all projects. This is helpful from a management perspective to see which users still have outstanding bugs to attend to and reprioritize work queues as needed.

You can do this by clicking on "Filtering" above the bug list, selecting "Assignee" as your filter and selecting everyone but you in the list.

Hi, I was speaking about the ability to see bugs assigned to others across the company. So I can look at all of the bugs across all projects for any single person.
