Extension Broken

This is true for me as well. On both Chrome and Firefox. The extensions were working, and then I believe after an update they simply quit submitting.

I wanted to add this behavior from the browser extension does not happen when I am logged in with my Administrator account. However, with any other user account, the report will not submit. When inspecting the response messages with a debugging tool, the message is that the users credentials are not reconized or authorized.
