Bug: Components are not included in CSV and Excel export

Problem:

When the user is exporting a bug list to a CSV or Excel file, the "component" column is not included in the export.

Impact:

This impact the ability to report accurately and identify the risk level for each component in the system. This then impact the planning of regression and test focus.

Steps:

1. Navigate to BUGS page

2. Select all bugs

3. Click "Actions" button

4. Export

5. Open CSV or Excel file

Observe that Components are not present.
