Importing test CSV duplicates tests

I started my test plan online with lean testing, exported the CSV and then started updating the CSV. Actually, I find it easier & faster to simply edit the CSV.


That said, when I then go and import the test CSV file the system ends up duplicating all the tests that were in the original export. Is there a way to avoid this duplication?

We're aware that it's not ideal, but at this point the only solution we can think of is extremely consuming. We'll think of something better.
