Yes agreed, What if Feature of Test Suite Run, Test Case creation is required only, And Organization already have Bug tracking system say TFS and using your interface, in while reporting a new bug, Just post the TFS bug id (URL integrated with organization) all track from Lean testing

This way Organization have your Interface for Test suite execution accessibility and Bug Tracking along with the TFS ?
