Tooltip at the bottom of the page overlaps other tooltips

When cheching the tooltips at the bottom of the page (to verify severity and priority when the icons aren't very intuitive) there's another tooltip (arrow keys and enter to navigate) overlapping it

Wow that was really fast!


I'm accesing through Google Chrome 51.0.27 running on windows 7. Screen resolution 1600 x 900


I put the mouse over the priority lines to check what they meant. As you can see, the "arrow keys to navigate..." tooltip overlaps the "priority:" one
