Able to create custom fields via the management console that can then be used when logging bugs.
We would like the ability to add a custom field or have some extra fields added that we can customise which would then make up the bug logging form.

Can you give me an example of a field you'd like to add? Maybe it can be useful for other users.
Not everyone is using your app for developing software. I would like to manually change name of "expected behaviour" field for "location" field and/or have posibility to add 1-3 additional custom fields in particular ticket (with ex. "+" sign). This would be super usefull in other industries (for example architecture) an would help with pinpointing the area of a problem.
