Cannot save bug after editing

Application is asking to fill up required fields after clicking Save Changes eventhough all fields have entries.

Steps to replicate:

1. Open the defect <Bug ID>.

2. Click Edit from the Bug details section.

3. Update Bug Name.

4. Click Save Changes.

Expected result: Changes should be saved.

Actual result: Please fill up required fields.

What about attachments? Is it possible your account manager has made attachments mandatory

Also can you create a new bug

I have tried attaching another file and click Save Changes but same error is encountered

Tried to edit the type field from functional to visual but same error occured.
