slack integration an error occurred please contact support

I was trying slack integration and its giving me an error message:
"An error occurred. Please contact support." Please assist asap.

That's an error with Slack, not Lean Testing

Hi,

It does not seem slack issue, Slack integration works well with other Apps and in my case I got success in integrating slack with one project once. But now I am not able to add it for any project. Check this GIF http://goo.gl/o7qWV3

Same webhook URL works with other apps and command line CURL call.
