"Report bug" button

The first time I have to spend a couple of minute (i'm not joking) to discover how to invert a report for a new bug.
I want to share my suggestion
I wolud suggest to

move the button "Report bug" on the left side of the screen
change the color of the button with something more "visible" (may be red)
Change the label of the button with something like "New bug" or a simple "+"

I hope that they could be useful
