Add Test Runs tagged with the build version to the Test Plan

From a version control and traceability point there is a need to add Test Runs tagged with the build version, where the test cases could get executed.
There might be many Test Runs for the same Test Plan with different build versions.
For an example, when there are fixes provided in a build, which generates more bugs during testing and requires a new build.The same Test Plan should be repeated, however the Test Run will be with different build versions. They all need to be kept for traceability and quality control purposes.
